Due to nature of most sexual wellness items, products that are considered intimate including but not limited to; adult toys, pleasure devices, clothing, contraceptives, lubrication, serums, tampons and pads are not eligible for an exchange and considered non refundable. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival your product(s) may be covered under the manufactures warranty and return policy. We are happy to assist in the event you receive a product that is defective in any way. Please send us an email at hello@alchemyforall.ca to alert us of the damage (a photo is always helpful) and we will be sure to work with you and the manufacture to refund or replace the defective/damaged product.

Purchases made directly from Alchemy Wellness Co. via www.alchemtforall.ca may be returned within 30 days and are eligible for a refund in the form of a website credit, which never expires or replacement at the manufactures discretion. Store credit is given for the price of the product and does not include the cost of shipping. Please contact our customer service team at hello@alchemyforall.ca to inform us if you are unsatisfied, interested in a return your purchase or have received a defective product. We will gladly provide instructions on how to start your return. If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
